Contents page inspiration
My ideal Contents page would be a similar layout to VOGUE magazine, as i like the way that it has been structured.
The main title of the magazine is in a clear font making it easy to read, it also makes it look professional with the name of the magazine as a header at the top, as the name is already popular and will easily connect with the audience. I also like the glamorous look of the magazine due to the text having an italic font conveying how professional and well presented the magazine is which will draw the audience in especially the female audience that I have targeted. The main image of the model on the front contrasts well with the background and the text as the colour of the dress and eye shadow connect well with the orange text shown in bold font. The text show in bold font automatically subject the reader to knowing what each section is about as well as the important ones. The text "Subscribe to vogue" in big block capitals is drawing in readers to subscribe to the vogue site. The date is also shown at the top therefore due to Vogue only being a monthly magazine it makes it more exclusive as you have to wait every month to see the next Vogue season which may draw the readers in a lot more into seeing what the next magazine is about.
